Teamwork With Tykes (12 months-3 years old)
A great way to teach special awareness and balance. This class encourages your little one to explore their surroundings in a safe environment. Children will improve their balance, strength, and body awareness, and will have fun in the process. Parents will learn how to safely move and spot their children as well as develop a special bond through activities.
Kids Gym Fit (3-5 years old)
Children will have fun while building strength, special awareness, balance and confidence. Some exercises include learning rolls cartwheels, handstands and springs and trampoline skills.
Homeschool Gymnastics (5-12 years old)
This class is geared toward children who do not have a traditional gym class setting. This daytime class allows for physical development through the means of tumbling and trampoline. Students will not only learn gymnastics skills but will also develop strength, balance and coordination.
Beginners/Intermediate Tumbling (6-9 years old)
A great way for girls and boys to start learning basic to intermediate level skills on floor tumbling, trampoline and double mini. A fun class which focuses on developing a solid base to be able to perform more advanced skills in the future.
Intermediate/Advanced Power Tumbling & Trampoline (7-16 years old)
For girls and boys, intermediate to Advance, who want to be challenged and develop their skills with more confidence. Working on skill progressions in order to build strength, flexibility and special awareness. Focus on developing intermediate/advanced skills such as walkovers, handsprings, aerials, and power tumbling. This program will be based on individual goals and needs. A great program for dancers, gymnasts, cheerleaders and skaters.

This class entails an array of fundamental movements and skills that will improve strength, balance, air awareness and reaction times. Free motion seeks to develop skills such as multiple variations of leaps and jumps, balance exercises, tumbling, obstacle circuits, climbing and trampoline skills.
Please note that Free Motion Class is a Name of the program. This does not mean that the class is Free from cost.

Competitive

Athletes are given the opportunity to set goals, challenge themselves and compete at their skill level. Interclub levels or Provincials. More.
Camps & P.A. Days

We cater to all levels of ability from ages 5 to 17. Each person will get goal-specific training to build on the skills they need the most. Full day, half day and extended care available.
