Parent & Tot (16 mth- 3 yrs old)
A great way to teach spacial awareness and balance. This program teaches your child how to fall safely while doing exercises to build strength, balance and self-esteem. Parents are taught how to spot the child and how to get to know what their abilities are.
Toddlers (3-5 yrs old)
Toddlers will have fun while building strength, spacial awareness, balance and confidence. Some exercises include learning rolls cartwheels, handstands and springs.
Tumbling for Beginners & Intermediate (6-9 yrs old)
For girls and boys who want to learn the basics of floor tumbling, trampoline, and double mini, or be challenged to develop more advanced skills.
Power Tumbling & Trampoline (7-13 yrs old)
For girls and boys, beginner to intermediate, who want to be challenged and develop their skills with more confidence.
Acro for Dancers (6-13 yrs old)
Specializing skills like aerials, walkovers and handsprings using techniques that will allow dancers to perform them on the dance floor without wear and tear on their bones and joints. Trampoline Classes (9+ yrs old)
Great for all levels. Get a full body workout while building aerial awareness and body adjustment techniques to safely perform routines on the trampoline. You will learn basic skills and work towards more advanced moves. More on the benefits of trampolining.
Teen & Adult Tumbling & Trampoline (12+ yrs old)
A great way to exercise and have fun. We set the program to your individual goals.
Adult Fitness Classes (16+ yrs old)
This class is for adults only. We will use custom tumbling and trampoline equipment as part of our expertly designed workouts. You will get effective workouts that will improve your cardio resistance, muscle strength and flexibility.
