2021 Fall Registration
Due to the Inconsistent Matters with Covid
Our Session will be booked in short time frames due to the Lockdowns We are booking approximately 5 weeks at a time
The cost per 1 hour class is $22.50
Private lessons are for individual per person is $79.95
Semi Private lessons for 2 people is $59.95 per person
Semi Private lesson for 3 people $47.50 per person
2021 Schedule
Acro Gym for Beginner\ Intermediate (Girls & Boys 1 hour)
A great way for girls and boys to start learning basic to intermediate level skills on floor tumbling, trampoline and double mini. A fun class which focuses on developing a solid base to be able to perform more advanced skills in the future. Tue, -Thurs 5-6pm and 6-7 pm Wednesday 4:30 pm Adult Gym Fit (16+ years old) *
These classes incorporate the best of the strength and conditioning gymnastics has to offer without the acrobatics. Gym Fit seeks to develop upper body strength, core development and explosive power in one’s legs. If you are looking to develop the “gymnast body” then this is the class for you. Adult Gym Fit (16+ years old) *

Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling
(6-12 years old) For girls and boys, beginner to intermediate, who want to be challenged and develop their skills with more confidence. Working on skill progressions in order to build strength, flexibility and spacial awareness. Focus on developing intermediate/advanced skills such as walkovers, handsprings, aerials, and power tumbling. This program will be based on individual goals and needs. A great program for dancers, gymnasts, cheerleaders and skaters. Tues - Thurs 5:00 pm 6 pm Wed 4:30pm Teen & Adult Tumbling (13+ years old)
A great way to exercise and have fun. We will set the program to your individual goals. We will use custom tumbling and trampoline equipment as part of our expertly designed workouts. You will get effective workouts that will improve your cardio resistance, muscle strength and flexibility. Tues 7pm, Thurs 7 pm |
