Core Training Gymnastics Centre (formerly Jaguar Gymnastics Club) has been providing expert coaching since 1992. We changed our format in 2006 to specialize in Power Tumbling, Double Mini and Trampoline in order to provide the best quality programming and results. We also specialize in Special Needs Gymnastics.
Through the excitement of growth, our mission remains unchanged in providing quality personal programming for all ages and abilities to achieve their peak performance. Our programs are adapted to meet each individual's needs.
