P.A. Day Camp Dates 2016/17

If you would like to plan ahead, our registration is open for the upcoming P.A. Days starting this fall.

​In our camp days we train, train, train. No arts and crafts here! We do physical conditioning, skill building progressions and mental preparation - and we have fun doing it!


Camps are open to any type of athlete wishing to improve their body control and athletic precision, including but not limited to dancers, cheerleaders and figure skaters.

Summer Tumbling Camp 2016

Make your 9 weeks of summer count! Join us to learn new skills or improve on what you already know. Each day will involve approximately 6 hours of training, including physical fitness, building skill progressions and mental preparation. Not to mention a whole lot of fun!

Full and half day (morning or afternoon), as well as extended care options available. ​You can register online or email us to book your spot.

Don't forget to bring a nutritious lunch and snacks.
